Hardware can be adapted to meet the visual requirements of customers. More than a hundred sensors for various measurements and can be adapted to meet customer-specific requirements and situations. Hardware is made to meet the strictest standard depending on the operating environment (dust, humidity, water, etc.)
Concept and integration
Operation panel – HMI with processing/protection unit (real-time processing, database, web server, HMI, inputs/outputs) through remote users and sensors.
Sensors:
- Displacement sensor (bearing/shaft)
- Vibration sensor (bearing)
- Temperature sensor (bearing)
- Motor current sensor (connection box)
- Magnetic field sensor (air gap)

Magnetic field asymmetry in the machine

Concept and integration of Shaft Current and Voltage Protection
Magnetic field asymmetry in the machine produces a shaft voltage, which, depending on the type of machine, size and load, varies in amplitude and frequency composition. Low circuit impedance consisting of a shaft, bearing, oil film and other structural components, can cause shaft current flow which leads to bearing destruction.

- Absolute vibration
- Relative displacement
- Rotating speed
